Don Dalby – Founder & Principal Engineer

Don grew up in California’s wine country before beginning his career in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Systems and Network Engineer supporting global operations. After nearly a decade of military service, he transitioned into the private sector, leading engineering teams that delivered secure, automated platforms for government and enterprise clients.

Today, Don serves as the principal engineer at Nue Dynamics, bringing over 11 years of experience in cloud, automation, and systems engineering. His focus is on designing solutions that are reliable, scalable, and built with security at the core.
